These kids are so darn cute, I couldn't resist posting these pics of them in all their glorious cuteness:
My favorite little boy in the whole entire world! This boy loves Mommy, trains, Elmo, milk, Elisa, puzzles, chicken nuggets, Daddy, playing computer games, and his latest favorite: ice cream! More specifically, "ice dweam doops wis vwinkles" (Ice cream scoops with sprinkles). I love this kid. He is so funny and such a cream puff!
My two darlings. Elisa mimics everything big brother does.
Elisa in her new tent that she got for her birthday, in the process of devouring a bag of cheese puffs.
This girly loves being out and about. Her she is showing us how happy she is to be out!

Just Because...
...she is SO SO cute, I had to get more portraits of her! Okay, true...but actually it mainly was because I forgot I had this tutu and I wanted her to have pictures in it. She wore this tutu for her newborn pics, but it seemed like such a waste to wear it only once, plus it still fits her sooOOoo...her ya go!
I made her a little shirt to go with it, it's kinda different but I like it. She smiled a whole lot this session--unlike her last three--so I think it was a success. Her fun little personality sure comes out in these pictures!

My all-time fav.
Miss giggles...oh wait, that's just her trying to eat the necklace.
For you!
This one is hilarious!!
Dance dance dance!! Shake it, girly!
The back
Love this girl!
Her goof-look.
Is she cute or what??

Elisa's Birthday Party
May 5th we celebrated Elisa's first birthday! I decided on a cupcake theme, because my favorite little outfit was her cupcake onesie when she was a newborn:
I got all the cupcakes decorations and plates at walmart and party city. I was even able to find a cupcake pinata! I thought I had made tons of food, but by the end there wasn't much left! Even though I was sad some people weren't able to come, it turned out for the best because we would not have had enough food if they did! The party was fun, but a lot of work. Now that all our friends have more than just one kid, it gets CRAZY having all those kids in our house! Lets just say that will be the last party I will be hosting for a long time-not that we will have any friends to invite in Texas anyway. It was fun that Grandma and Grandpa and Aunt Makayla could come, Elisa sure got spoiled.
I made chicken salad sandwiches, bean dip, cupcakes (of course!) and some other dips and goodies. I also made a treat bag (forgot to take a pic) using some plastic cupcakes I found around Easter time that were just perfect for a cupcake party, and some cupcake-shaped marshmallows and those blowout favors.
Elisa opening her presents. Or rather, me opening them for her:
The book I slaved away on the night before. It is a touch-n-feel book like the one I made for Gabe:
This pinata was perfect because instead of bashing it (or someone's face) with a bat, the kids just pulled a sting until the bottom was too weak and all the goodies came out!
Elisa eating her cupcake. This girl LOVES cake!! She ate the entire thing!

Fun With Daddy
Here are some cute pics and a video of Elisa having fun with daddy. It's so amusing to see the kids crack up at the randomest of things!
It reminds me of this video of Gabe. They were almost exactly the same age!
